Octavo, bound in full brown calf with gilt titles to the spine in six compartments within raised gilt bands, gilt ruling to the front and rear panels, all edges speckled red, marbled endpapers. First issue points of the first printing of the Declaration of Independence outside of the United States on pages 261-264 and the nascent United States' Articles of Confederation appears on pages 264-270. In near fine condition with toning.
