Presentation copy, inscribed by the author on the front free endpaper, “For Paul ‘Tomorrow….and he knew he was no longer alone Ngugi wa Thiong’o.” The inscription is in reference to the final line of the book. Near fine in a very good dust jacket. Jacket design by Mark Rubin. Accompanied by two newspaper clippings and a pamphlet about the author.
