Signed limited edition of the historian’s Pulitzer Prize-winning work. Octavo, original blue cloth with titles and detailing in gilt, all edges gilt, marbled endpapers, illustrated throughout. Boldly signed by the author on the title page with a notation, “887 of 1000.” In fine condition. Housed in a custom pictorial box in very good condition.
