The manuscript page in this copy contains the text that can be found in volume four, page four, the chapter St. Clair's Defeat, the text beginning with "of Holland willed to take possession" and ending with "devoted their energies to colonization." Portrait frontispiece in volume one, illustrated throughout, with frontispieces in each volume, folding maps, and other plates. In near fine condition. A very nice set.
