Early printing of the twenty-third book in the ‘Tarzan’ series. Octavo, original cloth with gray top stain. Near fine in a very good dust jacket, signature to the front free endpaper. Frontispiece by J. Allen St. John.

Burroughs' 'Tarzan' spawned innumerable works in literature and film, including 25 sequels and the popular movie franchise which lasted from the 1930s to the 1990s with the release of Disney's animated film, 'Tarzan,' released in 1999.
