Octavo, original boards with gilt titles to the spine and front panel, top edge red. Fine in the rare original dust jacket which is in near fine condition. Uncommon in the jacket.

In 'Logical Nonsense', the entire panorama of Carrollean wit, from the first works published in The Train, in 1856, to selections from Symbolic Logic, in 1896, is spread before us. The anthology contains Carroll's complete works - including Alice's immortal adventures and many other favorites such as 'The Hunting of the Snark' and 'Sylvie and Bruno'.
