Huxley's third collection of short fiction, Little Mexican contains six short stories, including: Uncle Spencer, Little Mexican, Hubert and Minnie, Fard, The Portrait, and Young Archimedes. It was published under the title Young Archimedes in the United States, the title story of which was adapted into a film, Prelude to Fame in 1950 and an Italian film, Il piccolo Archimede, in 1979.
