One of the most famed figures of the American Old West, Buffalo Bill founded Buffalo Bill's Wild West in 1883, a circus-like attraction that toured throughout the United States annually, and, beginning in 1887 in Great Britain and Europe. Buffalo Bill's Wild West included a variety of characters from horse-culture groups from the world over with feats of skill, staged races and sideshows.
