Signed limited first edition of the Easton Press edition of this work by the co-chairmen of the 9/11 Commission. Octavo, original black leather with gilt titles and tooling to the spine in six compartments within raised bands, gilt tooling to the front and rear panels, all edges gilt, silk moiré endpapers, silk ribbon bound in, illustrated with black and white photographs. Boldly signed on the colophon page by authors Thomas Kean and Lee Hamilton, and beneath by spokesperson for the 9/11 Commission Alvin S. Felzenberg. Felzenberg is an American presidential historian and political commentator whose scholarship and public service focus on U.S. political leadership and conservative intellectual history. He has served in senior governmental roles—most prominently as the principal spokesman for the 9/11 Commission—and has taught at the University of Pennsylvania while authoring works such as The Leaders We Deserved (And a Few We Didn’t) and A Man and His Presidents, a major study of William F.
