Rare Second edition, corrected and enlarged, of this pamphlet arguing that restricting trade between the British West Indies and the newly independent United States would devastate the Caribbean sugar economy. Octavo, original wrappers, several pages uncut, with an added postscript. In very good condition. From the collection of Birmingham-Southern College, where is was stored in a locked special collections room called the "wood room". Housed in a custom slipcase and folding chemise.
