Arbuckle was a prominent American business leader and educator best known for his transformative tenure as dean of the Stanford Graduate School of Business from 1958 to 1968. Under his leadership, the school emerged as a national leader in management education, marked by a strengthened academic reputation, expanded faculty, and increased engagement with the corporate sector.
