Finely bound edition of this thorough etiquette and recipe book. Duodecimo, original full brown calf with gilt titles to the spine in six compartments within raised bands, gilt borders to the front and rear panels, illustrated with six woodcuts and two folding plates demonstrating dish and course placements. In good condition with rubbing to the extremities, spine, front and rear panels, some toning to the first few leaves of text and the extremities of the text block, and an ownership inscription to the front free endpaper, restoration to the Grand table in Winter Plate with the lower left portion supplied in facsimile. Uncommon.
