Signed by Darrow on the lower right-hand corner of the photograph four years after the historic Scopes Monkey Trial, "Clarence Darrow with best wishes to his friend Donald Gallagher Chicago March 14th 1929." Matted and framed the entire piece measures 14.5 inches by 17 inches.
