Presentation copy, warmly inscribed by Jackie Robinson in the year of publication on the front free endpaper, "4-18-65 To Robert Weiss with best wishes. Thanks for sending the poem. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. I hope you enjoy 'Breakthrough to the Big League' Jackie Robinson." Near fine in a very good dust jacket. Written with Alfred Duckett. Jacket design by Charles Geer.
