Octavo, original publisher's boards, illustrated with color photographs. Presentation copy, inscribed and dated by the author in the year of publication on the page facing the title page, "To Buddy, Thanks for showing me round Dallas Best wishes Andrew Morton April 29th 1999." Boldly signed by Lewinsky on the title page, "Best wishes Monica Lewinsky." Additionally signed twice by the jacket designer Steve Snider, on the front panel and again on the rear flap of the dust jacket. Fine in a near fine dust jacket. An exceptional copy signed by three figures connected to the book.
