William Charles McNulty was an American artist, who created realistic etchings and drawings of New York. He studied art in 1908 and 1909 at the Art Students League in New York, where he also later taught. Works by McNulty are housed in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the New York Public Library, the Newark, Detroit and Whitney Museums, the U.S. Library of Congress and the University of Nebraska.
